Project Description

The Nutrition Association of Thailand under the Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn (NAT), hosts the Thailand Congress of Nutrition (TCN) annually for nutritionists, dietitians, doctors, nurses, teachers, researchers, and practitioners in nutrition field to broaden their knowledge. The 8th Thailand Congress of Nutrition (TCN 2014) was organized under the theme “Nutrition for health promotion and disease prevention” during October 6-8, 2014 at BITEC, Bangkok, Thailand. And Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn was invited to preside over the opening ceremony and attend the keynote address entitled “Strategic implementation for food security and nutrition”.

The scientific program included 1 keynote lecture, 3 plenary sessions, 11 symposia, 101 topics of oral and poster presentations. There were totally 1,083 participants attended the congress.
